What age is Pixel Pulse suitable for?

Ages 7+ for Challenge Rooms and Arcade. Upper age no limit. Best for families to engage and groups of all ages. Even adults can’t stop raving.

Do parents need to buy a ticket?

Anyone who participates in games and chase individual score, need a ticket. Parent lounge is free if only accompanying.

Can I walk in?

Yes, but weekends fill fast — we recommend booking.

Is it safe for younger kids?

All activities are non-trampoline, enclosed, and supervised. It is advisable to keep a watch on younger kids.

Do you host school trips?

Yes — discounted group rates available.

Do all participants need to complete a waiver, even just observers?

All participants and anyone entering the attraction areas must complete a waiver. Observers staying in the seating area or lobby typically do not need a waiver.

Can I sign the waiver for someone else’s child?

No. Only a parent or legal guardian can complete the waiver for a child—no exceptions. Waivers must be filled out online before visiting. Without a signed waiver, players cannot participate.

When do we get access to the party room?

You’ll get access to your party room after your play time. If you'd like the room during your play time, please discuss with staff or it can be rented for an additional fee.

What is your party cancellation policy?

All party deposits are non-refundable. However, if you cancel at least 7 days before your event, we can reschedule your party or offer a credit toward a future booking or general admission. Contact us to arrange this. If you reschedule your party within 48 hours of your booking, a $25 moving fee will be charged.

Can parents stay and watch during the party? Is there a fee?

Yes! Parents can stay and watch at no cost. However, we suggest limiting it to one parent per child if possible. Please note, seating in the party room is not guaranteed for parents.

How do I book a party?

Parties can be booked online, by phone, or in person at PixelPulsePlay.ca, Vaughan. Make sure you have completed your waiver before booking. Printed invitations are available if you book in person.

Can we bring in our own food?

Guests are welcome to bring select outside food items, including fruit trays, vegetable platters, cold sandwiches, wraps, coffee, tea, water, and birthday cakes or other desserts. All other food and beverage items, including additional snacks, drinks, and pizzas, must be purchased through PixelPulsePlay. Outside food that duplicates items available for purchase at PixelPulsePlay is not permitted.

When should guests arrive for the party?

Guests should arrive 20 to 30 minutes before your party time to allow for check-in, waiver verification, and distribution of wristbands.

Do you provide party invitations?

Party invitations can be accessed through the link included in your confirmation email. You can download and print them at your convenience.

Is the birthday child included in the player count?

Yes, the birthday child counts toward your total player count.

How many players should I book for if I’m unsure who’s attending?

We recommend booking for the maximum number of guests you expect, including the birthday child, to ensure we have enough space and supplies. Final numbers should be confirmed 24 hours before your party. We can accommodate up to 2 no-shows on the day of the party.

How do we order food for the party?

You can order additional food and drinks when booking your party by selecting from the available add-ons. If you'd like to make changes or add more items later, simply contact our Events Team by phone or email.

Are socks or shoes required to play?

All players are required to wear comfortable shoes for safety and hygiene. Comfortable sports wear is recommended.

Can we extend our play time during a party?

Yes! You can extend your play time for an additional fee. It’s best to arrange this in advance with our Events Team.

Are there height or age restrictions for attractions?

For game rooms kids above 7+ years of age is recommended. A group of maximum 5 people can play in a room at a time.

Do you offer special discounts for Members or Groups?

Yes! We offer exclusive discounts for active PixelPulse Playzone Members and group events. Ask our Events Team for current promotions and eligibility.

Is there parking available?

Yes, we offer free parking on-site for all guests.

Can I decorate the party room?

You are welcome to bring simple decorations like balloons or table centerpieces. Please avoid confetti, glitter, or anything requiring tape on walls. Check with our Events Team for more info.
